I can got get one and install it now. I was a bit reluctant and he said call me when your ready and left. My wife said his prices looked fair and he seemed like a good plumber. I called him back and said lets dance. He was back at my home in a hour and 1/2...and started the work. He protected my carpet and placed plastic on it. A bit tacky and a nuisance to undo when entering the crawl space, but hey, it was a free upgrade and I guess I can’t complain. Thank you for the professionalism and the heater is working amazing.
